American Express band 30 salary range
Anyone know what the salary range is for band 30? The job is remote but team is Phoenix based. Can be Phoenix to use as a reference point (or any other city if it’s known). Exp: 1.5 yrs TC: 🥜 #americanexpress

NY is 92.5k base, 0-10k signing depending on negotiations no RSU. Phoenix I believe is 78k base, same for bonus and rsu. Best bet is to check levels.fyi
