That's about commerce only which is 1 category of information search. What about other categories?
How much realistic paid ads are there outside of commerce? Not too much.
Service industry is huge on Text ads, especially ads on health related lawsuits. (“mesothelioma” racks up over $200 per click!!) Also Google’s business is not going anywhere. They previously did not allow big ecomm giants to list the inventory on their Product Listing Ads (PLA) but since Amazon has become the go to place for large number of people Google relaxed its rule and now takes inventory from eBay, Walmart, Aliexpress, etc. Now the small guys have to compete for that tiny PLA real estate driving CPCs up. PLA ads works wonders for every size company because it shows exactly when the user is looking for something leading to high conversions so companies don’t mind paying higher to get featured.
I use Google to find products on amazon first.
don’t think az is competing w dfp?
