Hi, This is my first year at Amazon and wanna know what's the year end bonus, stocks and raises look like. And when is the perf review scheduled? Thanks.

well you get way more RSU that will compensate more than enough compared to the measly cash bonus and stock bonus you get at MS.
Yeah if you are good with Amazon's vesting schedule. Most folks don't stay that long.
well I'm mot sure if you have actually seen what amazon offers are like. I know you get most of your RSU vesting in 3rd and 4th year (40% each), but they give you almost equal amount of signing bonus 1st and 2nd year so your TC is pretty much same 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year. And their TC is way higher than what MS TC + benefits. So all you MS folks can cry about we get excellent benefits all day, at the end of the day amazon folks end up with more money.
How much annual stock grant depends on level? And new stock grants have 2 years vesting period ?
If you have an offer letter, it will explain all this. Or are you just curious?
Both, offer letter doesn't have figure for yearly stock grant.. I know it's hard to tell as it will be dependent on performance.. but just wondering.. for example, one of my friends who work at level 4 got around 30-35 stocks in his 2nd yr..
