Wondering what other analytics folks make. This could include sql monkeys or hard core data scientists. Write where in the spectrum you fall. I'll start. Business analyst mostly, closer to sql monkey than PHD DS, but use R, python on occasion and work on tableau dashboards. I remember when analytics wasn't a thing when I started, background in economics, not CS. 10 yrs exp. 185 base 285 total comp

almost every group has their data science teams. recently the AIPG is formed. I was in DCG and now in NTG.
