No cash bonus. You only get rsu, which doesn’t take effect until 4 years later

Is it like they give you some RSU, say at the end of first year, but it gets vested only after 3 or 4 years?

Your initial Grant will vest in year 3 and 4. Refresher in year 3 will start vesting in year 5
