Any advice for seeking another job while actively trying to do well at the current one?

I am currently with Amazon for close to a year and I feel like it's time to move to a different company. I am on an H1B visa so I need to continue working (read: not get pip-ed) until I find a new job.

I like to know how the rest of the blind community prepares for new job interviews while doing their 100% best at your current company? I either have to work an extra couple of hours to finish my task because I had meetings for 5-6 out of the 8 hours or feel exhausted at the end of the workday and don't have any energy left to do my best for the interview prep.

I am sure many of you also work extra hours / feel exhausted. But how do you keep going with your interview prep?

Best thing to do is … take a week ir few days off and kick start your prep… start is the hardest part and once its done keep practicing for 1/2 hours daily and more on weekends… i did this and helped me a lot

Exactly why no money is enough to join Amazon like pip companies.

More useful advice: Do it right after the annual review. Which is NOW and take 2-4 weeks off.

You do one hour of leetcode in the morning after you wake up. Go to sleep one hour earlier and wake up earlier. You just have to do enough not to get pip. No more.
