Any boomerangs here?
Anyone here a boomerang (aka people that left the company and came back)? If so, what led you to comeback to the company that you decided to leave at your choice? I heard it is one of the strategy to raise your salary significantly.

Someone at my firm is a boomerang and said that he came back because working at my firm was the simplest/least bureaucratic place he had been at
I wonder if people move back to the same team or change teams and/or geographies when they do this. I would be surprised if you could just show up to the same job or a level above and act like nothing changed.
