Trying to gauge if eFX quants at banks are feeling satisfied with quant research/work on their desks dealing with client order flow strategies and what they think about their comps. It’d be nice to have info in following format: YOE: XX TC: Base + Bonus Level: Associate/AVP/VP/MD I’ll start: YOE: 6 TC: 125k + 19k Level: AVP Expecting an offer and these data points from you will be immensely helpful in evaluating the offer if/when it comes. Yoe 7. Tc 200. It's an interesting and growing area but my experience is often you're stuck behind "trading" and dealing with their bs of the day. Might be better at better shops though.
