I moved to west coast few years back to work on more exciting stuff.Prior to doing so I in my mid 30s used to work on lots of cool personal app stuff. However post move I've lost that zeal to a good extent to create something on my own in my spare time. I'm wondering what could be the reason 1.Age 2.Bigger pay check 3.More competitive work environment. Also any suggestions on how to re-ignite the passion. Is collaboration with folks a way.To give more context I generally work on creating web apps that deals with machine learning.
