Any experience with ICOs ?
Does anybody have any experience working firsthand on starting up new ICOs ? How was your experience ? How were the regulatory hurdles ? Did you have to outsource the due diligence / regulatory checks etc. ? How long did the process take to fund ICO? How long did the process take to list new crypto on an exchange ?
Have fun getting sued by the SEC for securities fraud, if you're doing it in the U.S.

Nah, ICOs are just getting started.
In the end it is just code. Be sure your ICO code is tight. The main issue is folks are not writing good ICO code and their coin does not "do" anything. Have good ICO code and bring forth a coin that solves a problem. If you do that you are golden.
Also timelines / total initial outlay would help
