Looking for some help with respect to support provided by Meta during pregnancy and maternity.
I am a top performer but worried about how life will change after childbirth. Would like to know about the support Meta provides in these circumstances. Are there high chances of layoff if you are not very productive during the initial few months after childbirth

After that you can adjust expectations with your manager. Your ratings probably not be stellar but I highly doubt layoffs.
