Looks like anyone in tech can clear $200k+ for entry level positions (under 5yrs exp). Any other industries or sectors also give RSU to non-senior positions to make TC $200k? I only know of Hedge Funds. What about fintech? Their pockets deep? If not what's the next best thing?

Petroleum engineering for oil and gas pays around there, and in cheaper cities. Growth in tech is still faster/better after 1 or 2 promotions though.

<5 years is not the same as entry level...
I've been working for 4 years and TC was $275k last year. Some quant firms pay new grads $200k TC and new law grads are on $205k TC in BigLaw - generally though entry level is not the same as junior. Most people in a decently exclusive career path can expect to make >$200k in a relatively junior position (i.e. before 5 years).
