If you born from India or China, Eb5 still have a long waiting queue 2+ years to go. Mary a citizen.
Eb5 for India is current, I think. Filling up now, but current. Only eb2 and 3 are backed up like crazy.

It's 500k (targeted low income) plus another 100k for lawyer fees. You'll get the 500 back, but the 100 is gone forever. I don't think it's worth it
I applied recently. Eb2 eb3 for India is a dead end. I should have applied sooner.
