They seem to be charging quite a lot. (0.9% of the portifolio).

    I’ve used them since 2013 - yeah they do charge higher fees than the pure robo advisors, but if you get a dedicated Financial planner / advisor and tax harvesting. Good for people who are not interested in being strategic with investing but without having to do it all yourself.

    I kind of look around every year or so and see if it’s worth switching to someone else or managing myself - hasn’t made sense for me to move away from them considering the available options.

  • Been with them since 2015. I don't spend much time talking with the advisors. The vol is lower than Wealthfront (Im set at 10, so prob partially my doing) but they have also returned about 2% less over past 24 months.
