Are there any not-so-well-known perks of working at Google/FB/Netflix? Not including free food or free bus shuttles.
At MSFT the library rocks!
At Google they give you $12K to spend towards any kind of lessons that you might be interested in such as flying lessons, cooking lessons etc.
$720/year for personal wellness (e.g massages)
Don’t u get free massages too tho?
I think that’s what people call our “free massages”. The massages onsite aren’t free- you still need to pay (or use the wellness stipend); however, they’re cheap/subsidized. I prefer to get my massages elsewhere though- which is still covered with the wellness stipend.
In mpk there is a great wood shop with prefesional equipment to work on any projects you may want.
Also got the bike shop and arcade!
There is print making in MPK and SEA

Cooking classes, unlimited public bus fare, music/jam rooms with nice gear, decked out maker spaces, virtual golf driving range etc
