I got my new grad sde offer from bloomberg and facebook For bloomberg, I got 145k base + 20000 bonus + 40000 sign on over two years For facebook, I got 123k base + 10%+ bonus + 70k sign on + 150k stock Any chances for negoiating facebook? The bloomberg one is after competing. I guess this is final deal...

Maybe see if FB will match base of BB. Don't negotiate on anything else
I believe fb doesn’t accept negotiate base salary. Even for Greater exceed, the base salary would be the same.
