If it includes a Per-diem, hotel room and flight then I do. I always tack on an extra day so I can sight see after the interview. Its a free vacation 😁 (I don't live in Seattle or the Bay area but really like visiting)

I hate the traveling because they always book me some trash economy seat. Plus airports stress me out

I like PM design interviews, they can be intense but fun. I also like when I get algorithm questions because I don’t do much engineering so it can also be fun to get back in that mindset
