Anyone heard about Cloud Token (the potential new crypto)?

Saw Facebook greatly advertising this new crypto on Facebook page over and over again, so I decided to take a look at their website... and I found out the idea of this Crypto is actually really cool! and I kind of want to invest some ETH to them. Was wondering how do you guys think about this new exciting crypto πŸ˜ƒ (CloudToken) It's doing ICO now. Btw, does anyone know about the credibility of the founder of the team? Nowadays it's hard to tell if a crypto project is a scam or not. I usually look at the founders credentials and credibility before investing.

If then shouldn't Facebook be responsible for this scam? Shouldn't those advertiser companies be responsible for throwing scams ads to their customers ??
