If you did, what happened? And if you got a job, do you have any pointers for the HR round? How fast do you hear back after it?
I was asked my expectations upfront in the recruiter round. I tried to budge but they insisted on a number
I failed after my hr round when I interview for the first time. Got in on the second try
Why did you fail the first time?
Cuz it was apparently down to me and one other person. They chose the other person. Tbh, I felt I did bad in my previous rounds, so I was surprise I even got to the hr round
How many total rounds are there ?
Recruiter said 3 tech + 1 HR, but I had 4 tech + 1 HR coming up
Cool. Congratulations. Are you going to join ?
My HR round was my verbal offer, not an interview.
How many rounds did you have ? Also, what team ?

Which office are you interviewing? I'm interviewing for SG for a non tech role. I gave them my numbers despite me not knowing the exact level that I'm interviewing for because for the HR side, they insisted as I feel that they also did not want to waste time if they cannot match my expectations. My HR was prompt tho. It was for a non-tech role, just in case. I got opportunity to interview for 2 roles and now is pending to draw up an offer for the latter one. The earlier one I have 3 interviews and didn't proceed to the HR round. The 2nd role: 3 Tech + 1 HR and + 1 Local Office (Pending).
Hey just curious, how long after you gave them your number that they come back with initial verbal offer ? Or it’s still pending and how long have you waited? I’m in the same boat now :)
For my case, the recruiter is still quite prompt. I still need to meet the local office staff before they can drop an offer because I was told that might be a local-regional role. After I give them a number, the Recruiter called me within an hour to understand and if there is room. For nego. I told them end day depending scope of work.

my HR round was not an interview, they let me ask any questions I had, and they submit to HC afterwards. got offer couple days later
Did you get asked what your salary expectations are? If so, how did you come up with your number?
yeah they pushed kinda hard. i didnt give a number bc they did not even tell me the level I was interviewing for lol
