Anyone here who moved to Amazon from Uber as SDE in India?Current TC: 55LPA (excluding refreshers)

Anyone who worked in Uber as SDE2 and moved to Amazon on same TC(SDE2 and 55LPA TC offer). What was your reasoning behind it? My reasoning: I like Amazon's toxic culture lol. ;-) Yoe: 5 and half.

Are you going to Amazon as SDE-2 or SDE-3? Because i doubt they can do better than your current TC at SDE-2 level?

Looking at culture, wlb, work, it won't be a good move. Toxic work culture is good till you become a victim of it.
