I'm looking to leave my company after 20 years and uploaded my resume on the Lockheed website in hopes of landing a cool job. Since its been awhile from my last job interview and if Lockheed is interested in talking with me what can i expect? How is the company culture?

Cons: Pay is mediocre for tech but good for defense, only the top talent will do cool stuff, health insurance
Everyone in the skip levels and executive QAs is complaining about pay lately. HR gives the same generic response that they evaluate market pay every year to remain competitive. They won’t share any of that data though. Pay is very very mediocre.
The wlb is great though along with the benefits since it is a govt contracting job.
It’s honestly a lottery in terms of how great your teams are and what kind of projects you’ll be working on.
Very boring and uninspiring work imo
If you care less about MAANG money and are just looking for good WLB, and to make a decent living with decent retirement and work on cool stuff - go to LM space or ADP (Skunk works)
