I have seen mentions of a growing data team in some job postings, can anyone speak to the culture and tech stack for these teams?
Wayfair is rapidly growing these teams to replace the current stack. You'll be expected to find a middle ground between backwards compatible and future looking.
Any idea what they are replacing the old stack with?
I don't think any decisions have been made. It's up to you.
Can you give any details specific to the data engineering or analytics teams?
The Wayfair people on blind sure are a bitter group... Care to give any details relative to the teams I'm interested in?
Whoa... what's happening over in Wayfair EU? Is this the beginning of the end of Berlin engineering?
Looks like they deleted that comment, something must be up

Search Wayfair technical incompetence (month or two old) or how to succeed at Wayfair (this past week) on blind, great posts that are worth reading if you are considering dropping an application.
Yeah those posts are why I'm asking here first before I apply, wondering if all teams are that bad
Most are, I mean look at the number of comments. Some people don’t comment cause they are afraid to get in trouble for it too. It’s a toxic place, I guess that’s what happen when your CTO has never coded and you promote lifers.
