Anyone in data engineering or analytics at Wayfair?
I have seen mentions of a growing data team in some job postings, can anyone speak to the culture and tech stack for these teams?
Wayfair is rapidly growing these teams to replace the current stack. You'll be expected to find a middle ground between backwards compatible and future looking.
Any idea what they are replacing the old stack with?

Most are, I mean look at the number of comments. Some people don’t comment cause they are afraid to get in trouble for it too. It’s a toxic place, I guess that’s what happen when your CTO has never coded and you promote lifers.
