Hey guys, I know a lot of people are changing jobs right now and it's a great time to join Atlassian. We are still rapidly growing with ambitious future goals, beginning to offer more competitive pay, have a remote first culture for all roles, and great WLB. The stock price has also come down to a nice consolidation level so you'll get a lot more shares making now the perfect time to jump. Business is as strong as ever and if you check our 5 year growth trajectory you'll see we're much better positioned to keep growing unlike a lot of these companies crashing and burning now with interest rates rising. You can find all currently open jobs on our careers page. Don't apply directly if you'd like a referral instead just DM me. I've helped a lot of people here get offers so can help with the process and what to expect. https://www.atlassian.com/company/careers If you're interested send me a DM and I'll give you more info on what I need to refer you
Java/Spring on the backend. I believe react on frontend.
Are the roles remote? I’m interested in the PM roles
Yep we're remote first
Cool!
What's the interview process for SDE?
Recruiter screen -> tech screen (usually SD now) -> onsite (2 coding rounds, 1 SD, 1 background, 1 culture fit/values)
I got a blind referral a few weeks ago. How long does it typically take for a recruiter to reach out? Is there some way for me to see app status?
Within 3 weeks generally. I'd suggest following up with who referred you and see if they can check the status or message the recruiter for you
Ok, I messaged him on blind a few days ago. Thanks!
What does the TC range look like for a P5 based on the competitive pay atlassian is offering?
For bay area it's around 330k. Not top of market but it's getting better. You won't get FB or Amazon pay but most engineers including senior probably work 30 hrs a week on average
Whats the work exp needed for P5?does it match with L5?
interested in a referral
I passed the technical phone screening but recruiter ghosted... can I still DM?
How did the ph screen go?
I can't remember exactly, but it was more like a design question like LRU than like graph, trees type algo questions
Any junior roles? Everything seems to be senior
Applied in one role
