Anyone interviewed at Renaissance Technologies coming from HFT or another HF?
Hey guys, I have heard that they usually don't consider anyone from classical finance (MBA type). Does this extend to people from systematic trading backgrounds (sde) as well? Cheers

for engineers, they use very old tech stack and the pay is not very competitive.
Would you rather recommend Two Sigma? If so, would you refer?
Hey fellow Two Sigmaniac, do you have personal experience interviewing at RenTec? I'm thinking of moving on if I can get a bump up in TC but wasn't sure if interviewing there was worth it or not.
