Anything I can do with unvested IBM RSU before I leave?
Hi Blinders, I understand that I will most likely have to leave the unvested RSU on the table when I leave IBM, but would still like to double check with you guys whether there is any thing I can do with it?

Assuming you're trading those RSUs for ones that might actually appreciate, you could always taunt them on your way out.

RSU if not vested cannot be encased. It is clearly stated in RSU FAQ

Negotiate a signing bonus equal to or more than your rsus
