Apartment recommendations Redmond
Looking for a newer apartment community close to Microsoft. ( Cant deal with bed bug infestations anymore) Toured Hyde Square , Liv and Avalon Esterra Park, but Liv and Hyde Square - the property management seemed rude and unfriendly. Avalon Esterra Park - i see a lot of bad reviews on Yelp and not sure if i should be taking them seriously. People complain of crazy high move out charges. Do i have more options in the neighborhood? I am running out of time with corporate housing and could use a place sooner.
It’ll be almost impossible to find apartments with good ratings. You’ve got to know that the only people who write reviews are the people who had some problem. A majority of the people who have had a good experience don’t have any incentive to write a review. If you like the apartment, just go for it.

I had bed bugs in the former Archstone on NE 40th St and 156th ave - this is the closest apartment complex to the campus. Your best bet is one of the brand new complexes in downtown Redmond. All the complexes close to campus are old, with lazy maintenance and some tenants has questionable hygiene habits.

I live in Station House, it’s a brand new apartment that just opened a year ago. I’m the first tenant in my apartment. Nice building and friendly staff, no real complaints so far.
Ava Esterra is decent. Brand new. Close to campus. Quiet-ish.
Try Arras apartment. Management is nice and polite. Been living here for an year and renewing my lease for 1 more.

Dude ... just checked yelp and the rating seems poor . There are also reviews from like .. 3 days ago .. which are bad .
