Apartments with great view(sunnyvale)
Going to move to California early January next year. Anyone know of any good apartments with good view near or in sunnyvale? I don't mind the commute as long as it's not more than an hour. Can afford upto 3000 for a single bed apt.
Depends on what do you mean by View? View of swimming pool? View of the mountain? View of neighbors home? View of a small park? Remember the higher you go to get a view the more expensive it would be. Goodluck finding one for $2500. If you are willing to fork $3k or more for a single bed then sycamores at Northpark at San Jose in the top most floor could be added to the list.
Will def check it out. For the view, I'd love to have a sea side view but sfo will be a long stretch and expensive too. View of neighbors home cracked me a lil. Good sense of humor man. ๐๐

Also itโs not the distance that defines the commute. Itโs the traffic which is horrible. You can be with in 10 miles and can take you an hr to reach work or home. Depends on where you are located and whether you need to take a freeway. Please donโt come to east bay. :) 680 is a parking lot in the evening.

FYI. There are mountains in the way of an ocean view. Iโm in Midtown and have a great view of the mountains tho. But itโs only good if youโre 3-4 or more floors high. Or youโre just looking at your neighbors. I also pay $3k

An hour commute ? u should stay with in a mile . and great view? Apartment near Dixon landing has great view .
