Be able to talk about the value customers get from your solutions you’ve sold in the past. For example, saying you upgraded the DC and increased port density etc etc is not a good answer.
If you can connect what you’ve sold to customers to the value of their company (share price, customer sat, etc) you’ll have a much better shot.
Be prepared for lots of testing and probing of your character, especially if you don’t have an enterprise software or SaaS background.
