What can be expected in terms of compensation for Apple Austin as a new grad. MSEE in presilicon validation role.

I am just guessing here. For HW pre-silicon Verification, as a new grad you should get an ICT2 with TC ~120-125k Base ~100-105 RSUs ~30-40 k Sign-On ~ 10k

At Intel you would probably get TC of ~100K
