Apple Austin campus/housing
I got an offer from Apple ATX and I'll be moving from Bay area. Since the real estate is picking up so fast in Austin/burbs, I think I need to start booking/bidding lots(this is crazy). Any suggestions on good neighborhoods within 15miles of the campus? Also recruiter mentioned that the work location would be 320 South Capitol. Any idea how soon all the teams would move to New campus in the North? Looking for a good school districts too as I've a little one now. TC : 175k Yoe : 5 Preferred : 4b2b, < 500k, < 3000sqft

Thanks! My only concern is allergens. Not sure if it's the same in all the suburbs. There's crosscreek community by Brohn homes. They seem to have a bad reputation. The fact that those houses/lots are still available tells me something isn't right there. nonetheless I'm going to approach them.
Pflugerville is in the middle of all the tech companies. (They run east west along Parmer)
Thanks! Pflugerville is good. I'm in hardware and I don't see many HW companies around that area though. So commute might be a problem if I'm looking outside Apple.
You should probably have a sense of what budget and size of home you are looking for

Plufeeville round eock Leander and some areas around the apple campus would probably be a good fit

Thanks! This Taylor Morrison is one of those bidding on lots situation. Also I'm not sure if I can trust Zillow with their school ratings. I've heard that Round Rock and Leander ISD are the best but Zillow data says otherwise. Any other builder suggestions around round Rock?
