You are lacking some details: 1. Current Location 2. What was the verbal offer? 3. New location

My current company and the apple office are in the bay area. I haven't received any number in the verbal offer. They want me to first send my base salary and stocks expectation before they send me the offer.

Donot fall in this trap though. Just ask what is the range that they can offer for the position you have interviewed for and say That you are open for nego

I thought that this was illegal in Cal? They ask for your numbers to provide you with an opportunity to lowball yourself. California made this illegal. If you want to answer in order to appease the recruiter, make it worthwhile for yourself. $240k base, $60k stocks. Minimum.

60k stocks is very less. Shoot for 250k stock over 4 years and 50k joining bonus.

60k annual grant ... since his current number is a $40k annual stock bonus.

Thanks for all your replies. I might try 240k base and 200k stocks because I am walking away from 100k of unvested RSUs plus the 40k yearly bonus

After reviewing multiple ict4 hardware offers I shot for some numbers with apple..settled at 195k base, 50k yearly stocks and 40k joining You all think that this is still less?

This looks amazing. Is the bonus as well?

Not including the yearly bonus
