Apple H1b RFE NEED ADVISE
I received an RFE today asking for more evidence. This role is for Apple. My joining date is supposed to be on Mar 2nd, I don't think I'll have the approval before then. Can you please tell me tentatively how much time it will take for RFE to be answered and approved ? #h1b #rfe
2 weeks to receive the rfe physical notice to your lawyer. 4 to 8 weeks to prepare response which usually requires more documents to be released by employer. Then 2 weeks adjudication if it's premium

2 weeks. But it's unnecessary to wait for physical copy. The way I see it, if it's approved online and then the physical copy says otherwise then you can sue USCIS and retire with settlement money and don't really need H1b anymore.
Minimum 4 weeks. Government is slow
