Apple ICT 4 offer
155k base + 160k RSU over 4 yrs + 30k sign-on + relocation. PhD + 6 yrs experience (RF) This position is in the RF integration group (mostly hands-on lab work). Would have to move from San Diego to Cupertino. How are the numbers? What to expect? Thanks.

Low for 6 YOE and PHD. I would recommend getting another offer.

Low for ICT4, right? Check levels.fyi For reference, I’m ICT3 and make 155k base and got 105k initial grant, which I’ve learnt is low after I joined :( Everybody is going to tell you you can always push the RSUs but I’d start by making the base right.
I also have a PhD btw
