How much RSU is norm for 1 yoe and ICT3?
This is okay. You’d probably been better off starting at ICT2 and getting a good bump to 3 after a year. My HW offer for ICT2 with BS and 1 YOE in a relevant field was 115k base/ RSU 50k/ signing 10k(local no relo) 1 YOE + Masters is essentially a new grad so this is what it’s like. Your promo to ICT4 in 1-2 years will be very good if you perform consistently.
So initially I was offered ICT2 with everything same but 70k RSU and 30 day housing. The recruiter wanted me to come as 3 but HM wanted 2. Recruiter said same that bump from 2 -> 3 would be nice after an year. However, would not get the same refresher as 3 gets if I started as 2 and also the additional RSU first year + it would take 1 year longer to become ICT4
Ah ok. can’t say for certain because I don’t know the position but I got a bump to ICT3 after a year and got a ten percent bump, 10k bonus and 100k RSU. It’s not an unfair assessment by the recruiter. That in mind - You’re probably better off starting 3 if that’s the assessment they presented to you.
What’s your current TC ? Looks like it can go higher.
