Apple ICT4 offer?
Interviewed with Apple and expecting an offer. What is the expected offer (base, stock, sign-on) for ICT4 ? How are the RSU refreshes ? TC: 220K YOE: 2.5 (After PhD)
You wont get ict4 with 2.5 yrs of exp and it won't be above 220k
ICT 4 is usually L5 at FB which would be impressive with 2.5 YOE
No, ICT4 is a wide band including both E4 and E5 at fb

Are you sure you’re getting an ict4 offer? If you are, you can prob get 170k base, 160k RSU, 30k signing. Average rsu refresh for ict4 in my org is around 100k
Can we expect RSU right from the first year ? Some say since the RSUs are given at the joining we can’t expect any for first four years , is that true ?
@pplw, It may vary by team, but I got a refresher in my first year. I joined the team in Feb and had a performance review between April and Jun.
