Apple ICT5 RSUs
Got an offer from Apple for an ICT5 position (~principal engineer level). They are offering 250k RSUs and saying this is the max they can offer at this level. It seems low to me, but maybe its just an Apple thing? Does anyone have a confirmation of this cap, or a counter-example, or some insight why the cap exists? Thank you.
Low. That’s the same I got offered for ic4

ICT5 is more like staff engineer. ICT6 would be principal. Either way, RSUs seem low.

Did they say it’s for ICT5? Are you positive? This seems definitely like an ICT4 offer.

Too low for ICT5. Dont you have much more stocks at FB? Which team is this? I am ICT3 and I have around 250k but that is because of the appreciation.
