What’s a reasonably good offer package for new grad software engineer (ict2) at Apple?

I was verbally given 125/80/20. From what I’ve heard that’s about standard for returning interns

Interview in the IS&S org and get an ICT3 offer. ICT2 is not a good place to be because it’s hourly.

How? If you work 40 hours a week you make what you expect to make, and if you work any more than that you can make a shit ton at 1.5x. Unless you plan on working less than 40h a week you’re fine.
