Apple Offer - Sunnyvale Campus
I have an offer as Sw engineer- Emerging technology team from Apple. The team is focused on security domain, software development. This team comes under IS&T( Information Systems and Technology). Can someone share recent reviews (no qoura /glassdoor reviews)about Emerging Technology Team?
IS&T is generally not considered a good org to join. I think you should wait for more Apple folks to chime in before you make the call.
With masters degree? That’s horrible offer
What make you deservr a higher pay with masters? In most fields 2 extra years exp has far more value than a degree.

This isn't true at all. It's team dependent. Originally there were tons of 'support' like teams in the org, this is no longer the case though the perception seems to persist. Join the right team in IST and you will be surrounded by folks graduating from MIT and Stanford and you will be compensated well. The offer seems on low end, though offers are a function of how well your interview was, so it's hard to guage

Search for IST and you should get an idea of what it’s like - also you should have an idea of how the team is when you interview..
why are you leaving Amazon to IS&T? ETS is not bad but ask for increase +15k base +40rsu, +20k signon.

base and rsu seem reasonable. should probably push more for signing
