Apple Offer expectation

Hello Apple Folks I interviewed for a Senior Software engineer position at the Austin location last week. The recruiter called me said that the team is moving forward with the offer, but numbers will be available next week. They said the feedback is very positive and the level will be ICT3. Can I negotiate on level? I've around 9 years of experience and a master's degree. I think I should get ICT4. Is that fair expectation? Also what should be my exceptions for TC. Location - Austin.
