The base seems good. But you can definitely get somewhere around 100k+ stocks. The recruiters in seg will always low ball. Be sure to negotiate well before accepting the offer.

Bay area? 50k stocks for 4yrs is a low ball..Can easily go upto 105k which is the limit for HW outside bay area I believe..Base is pretty good..But if bay area can negotiate and bump it up to 160k
If moving from G7, then not a big jump. Specially if moving from Portland.
Very lowball. Do you have competing offers? They pay even more rsu in Austin and arnd 140k base.
I have seen stocks from 80k to 200k for ic3
