I read in the past that apple didn’t have PMs - they were more like project managers. However, I do see some product manager roles at Apple these days. However I don’t see a Principal/Lead/Group/Director PM role on apple job website. Does Apple now have proper traditional PM roles? Does apple just have one PM Title and have levels within the title - similar to FB? Is that the reason I don’t see senior level PM titles/roles?
Yes thats what I had heard too. However, i see roles like these that seem traditional pm. https://jobs.apple.com/en-us/details/200012525/product-manager-apple-pay?team=SFTWR

Apple has EPM which is a hybrid of TPM and Product Manager. Pay is not that great - you work for Apple if you are passionate about their product and not for money. Next step to EPM is manager/sr. Manager and then Director.
