Apple RF Wireless Salary
Was wondering what is the total salary expected in Cupertino HQ for RF Systems position in SEG? Base salary, annual %bonus, one time bonus , annual RSU and stock refresh breakdowns. MS with 8+ years relevant experience and negotiating TC now. Not sure if i am ICT3 or 4. #interview #hardware #apple #5G
In the range of 160K base, 200K RSU, 40K sign-on. R u sure it’s at Cupertino? I thought all the wireless moved to Sunnyvale
Yes i was told Cupertino by recruiter but not sure. 160 base sounds low for ICT4 but how much can the RSU be bumped upto?
Base can definitely go higher but I dont think too much. They give good refreshers so base won’t be as high as some companies like Nvidia. RSU usually depends on competing offers. If no leverage usually it’s just standard numbers. What’s your current TC?
What is a good base for ICT4, is 180k good enough? I do have other offers, but how do i lhe max RSU. My current TC is 160k/20% annual bonus/60k RSU annual.

Yes 250K-300K RSU+50K signon bonus. Refresher varies a lot depending on groups. Should be in the range of 100K-150K for good groups and good performers based on my contacts at Apple. I also know ppl get ~70K as ICT4. You can ask to get an idea.

I think it’s very good. Yeah, bonus about 10-15%. Your TC is easily over 350K in a couple years with refresher. Giving apples job security as well lol. I am really curious about their numbers too so trying to help u push. Declined their offer last year cuz didn’t meet my expectations. Want to know yours so it helps next time. Plz update me your final numbers lol

Try to Target 225k base + 400k rsu + bonus + 50k signon.. for sure don’t settle for ict3... try to get significant increase..
Do they even pay this much for test engineer?

What kind of questions does this team ask RF, system, programming?
It depends on the team
Some examples or go to resources would be nice. I've noticed that RF programming interviews can be all over the place.
