Apple RSU Refresh
Situation - Just completed 4yrs @ AAPL, I got a 100k RSU grant at joining and another 100k Refresher in Yr3 during IC3 to IC4 promotion. Unless I get a substantial RSU(approx 125k) Refresh in Oct 2018 my TC will decline in 2019. Question - Does AAPL ensure that your TC does not fall by giving RSU refresh, Can my TC fall after 4yrs ? Anyone experienced this ?

Are you not an engineer? You should have been getting regular refresh grants as an engineer.

I’m in the same spot. From what I’ve seen on here many others say we should’ve been getting refreshers every year and our management has screwed us. Time to leave.
