Apple Refresh Timing
I am told the Apple cash bonuses happen twice a year, April and October. What is the timing for RSU refreshes? Annually on your hire date, or do all employees refresh on the same date?

Most orgs only do one refresher. Reviews are June/July and payout is usually first week of October. Some teams give smaller refreshers in April. Some do 50/50 refreshers April/October. Some do 20/80. it all depends on org.
If someone already “told” you, why ask here? Ask them!
