Apple SRE total compensation for 8 years of development experience
Could you please suggest what total compensation I can negotiate for Apple SRE ICT4 role with 8 years of development experience? Recruiter is offering 175K base, 100k RSU vested over 4 years and zero sign on cash bonus. Greatly appreciate your timely response, thanks please !

Looks like a good number to me... though you can push for 195k
How about RSU? Is there a room for sign on bonus ?

Missed that one ... as a package itβs kind of low ball... - RSU 100K is low , ask 160k+ , and cash bonus 15K to 40K...
