Apple Shuttle - East Bay

Does anyone take the Apple Shuttle from San Leandro at Alvarado:Teagarden to Apple Park Way? If so, how long is commute in the morning and evening? Is there parking at San Leandro stop? Starting this commute next week and need to determine best option and where to take the shuttle if living by Lake Merritt Oakland. -MacArthur stop is frequent but will add more time on 880. -Alameda is hard to drive to in the morning -San Leandro has only 3 stop times
