Hey blinders, I'm hoping that my interview with apple will move to offer stage soon. I'm really excited! The position is in Vancouver, Canada where I'm based right now.
They will probably ask for desired compensation and I have no idea what to say. Should I even give a number first or let them give an initial number? Also, I got downleveled to L5 when I joined Amazon, so I can't really use my current compensation as reference.
Also, can I ask what ICT level they will be offering? I understand that the level is not mentioned in the offer letter but the comp is obviously tied to that. My guess is that it'll be ICT4.
Any other apple specific or general negotiation tip would also be really appreciated.
Please help me with suggestions on how to approach this.
