I am in the middle my interviews for a position in Seattle with both apple and FB. Amazon was my first job and I am comfortable in my team now. Not sure if those two have dev and pip policies like Amazon? I am trying to see if it worths to even persue the interviews. thanks
Every company has a pip process for underperforming employees.
But on one hand you got Amazon/ FB/ Netflix that seem to be quite ruthless, then Google where you it seems you can only get fired by protesting
Get PIP at Amazon, then you'll fear nothing
FB does not have forced attrition unlike AMZN
