Only 3% asked for salary increase!!! Bruh learn from my mistake. I was WFH for almost a year and went to a position that was in person and have been in it for a little. I wish i ASKed FOR A RAISE WHILE I HAd LEVERAGE or ask for SOMETHING more than the bare minimum of what was offered. You won’t have it once you go back.
Qualcomm will say no. They are playing money ball.
Eh curious to see how that goes. Seems like every manufacturer of electronics wants people that know how to build chips lately —cuz they have to redesign a bunch of components due to supply shortages and not many people know how to do that. …So very high demand for that type of talent and low supply and Qualcomm wants to play hard to get? Hm.
