Apple base pay annual increments?
Curious if there is salary compression over time, if you can share your role (ICx SW /HW /PM/ EPM) and how much % annual increments you have seen / heard each year you been there (call out if with promotion)

Generally goes up with inflation. +\- 1% or so in between level promos.

I've consistently received 3.5% per year. When I was promoted my base jumped 15%.

3.5% per year. 10% promo
Base salary for me went up around 3-4 percent. I got a mid-year promo that bumped my base up another 12%. I am now ICT5
